Kate Spade is an established designer, known for her luxury handbags. In 2014, the Kate Spade brand reconstructed a Rwandan community by employing 150 female artisans. Tory Burch is committed to equal opportunities and ethics. The brand created the Tory Burch Code of Conduct to set liability standards in areas including safety, wages and benefits. The company also uses the code to fight against human trafficking and slavery in the fashion industry, starting with its vendors.
